Our Story
Imagine a world where everyone has career-clarity and a process to follow to find their way in life.
What if there was a strategic and tested approach to help them do just that?
SOP Evolution was born out of a desire to empower others and address this need. While every individual's journey is unique, certain principles remain true across the board.
Amber, an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, is passionate about helping teams and individuals unlock their full potential. She leverages her extensive experience in the tech industry to offer a distinctive blend of skills and knowledge, guiding organizations in building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional products.
With over 15 years of experience in project management, including 7 years focused on Agile methodologies, Amber holds a PMP, PSM, and multiple SAFe certifications (SPC, RTE, SDP, POPM, SSM, SA). She also has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Amber truly thrives at the intersection of Project Management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and human potential. Her diverse background spans roles in IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, and energy industries, including positions as a Project Manager, Program Manager, SAFe Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and her favorite, trainer!
